Aviva Stadium is located on Lansdowne Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. From St. Helen’s on Stillorgan Road, the journey is short and well-served by every option you’d expect.
Tip: Returning to the hotel after a sold-out event is faster on foot or by DART than by car. Most guests are back in the lounge with a drink in under thirty minutes.
By DART (Recommended)
Walk to Booterstown DART station in approximately 20 minutes. Board a northbound DART towards Dublin City Centre and three stops later, step off at Lansdowne Road station – the stadium is directly outside. Journey time is approximately 5 minutes. DART services run frequently before and after major events.
By Car or Taxi
St. Helen’s Hotel is approximately 5km from the Aviva Stadium. Journey time takes around 10 minutes in normal traffic. On match days, plan for additional time as roads around the stadium close. Limited paid parking is available near the venue, but most guests find it easier to leave the car at the hotel and travel in by DART or taxi.
