St. Helen's Loop
A peaceful warm-up on hotel grounds
Perfect for early morning runs or a quick jog between meetings, this 1.1 km loop winds through St. Helen’s four-acre estate. Smooth paved paths circle manicured lawns and gardens, offering an easy, traffic-free route ideal for warm-ups, cool-downs, or multiple laps for a longer workout. Beginners can complete the loop in 10-12 minutes, while advanced runners finish in under 5 minutes. Want more? String together 3 laps for a 3.3 km run or 5 laps for a solid 5.5 km session all without leaving the property.

Blackrock Park Coastal Route
A lovely mix of leafy streets and parkland
This 4.6 km round-trip route winds through tree-lined Mount Merrion streets before opening into Blackrock Park’s coastal beauty. Mixed terrain of paved paths and light trails with minimal elevation (3.2 metres) makes it accessible for most fitness levels. The route balances residential calm with seaside scenery and Dublin Bay views. Beginners complete the loop in 18-22 minutes, intermediate runners in 12-15 minutes, advanced in under 10 minutes.

Deerpark Loop
Scenic coastal path with bay views and flat terrain
This 4.8 km round-trip run follows Dublin Bay past Booterstown Marsh into Blackrock Park. The flat coastal footpath offers stunning bay views with the Poolbeg Lighthouse visible across the water. A favourite for morning and evening runs thanks to wide sea views and fresh air. Beginners finish in 35-45 minutes, intermediate in 25-30 minutes, advanced in 18-22 minutes.

Sandymount Strand Run
Open strand with sea views and salty air
This 7.6 km round-trip run stretches along the open strand with panoramic sea views and plenty of room to find your stride. Run on the promenade or firm sand, with flat terrain throughout making it ideal for longer, uninterrupted runs. The exposed coastal setting and distance make this a moderate to challenging route. Beginners complete it in 45-55 minutes, intermediate runners in 30-35 minutes, advanced in 22-27 minutes.
